Can I place an order without the inspection service?

Our updated ordering process involves all products being sent to our fulfillment center for inspection before they are shipped to you. This new process ensures that every order undergoes thorough inspection, guaranteeing problem-free delivery. As a result, all listings now include the inspection costs integrated into the price, and you won't be able to request a deduction of these inspection costs.

Which form of payment do you accept?

We offer numerous payment options for all other fees, including International Bank Transfer (SWIFT), card payments, and cryptocurrencies.

How do you ensure there are no issues with my order?

Our company goal is to provide a smooth ordering procedure for buyers and sellers. Our updated process involves receiving products at our fulfillment center, where thorough inspections are conducted before shipping. These inspections encompass various quality control measures, including vendor verification checks and on-site inspections of advertised products.

How can I sign up as a vendor?

To register as a vendor, you must email our sales staff and, if eligible, complete the necessary forms. Once your application has been approved, we will do a few additional checks before allowing you to ship your hardware to us for inspection and listing your hardware for sale.

Which countries do you support shipping to?

To check if your country is supported for shipments, the easiest way is to visit our store. If you can view visible products, it indicates that we support shipments to your country. Additionally, you can also verify this during the checkout process before making any payments.

Can you ship my order with a different name?

Due to legal and tax restrictions, we are unable to request shipments with a different name than the one provided. If you offer false information and encounter problems at customs, we will be unable to assist you.

What is your return policy?

For returns, you have a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the arrival of the hardware to initiate a return. Furthermore, you have an extended 21-day window to report any faults or issues with the hardware. If you encounter a hardware fault within this 21-day period, you will remain eligible for a full refund. However, please note that change of mind returns after the initial 7-day period will not be accepted.

Do you offer support with customs clearance?

We do not provide direct support; however, our shipping support staff will be able to point you in the correct direction if any problems occur.

Can I communicate with the seller outside of

Our vendors are not allowed to connect directly with the purchasers. If you have contact with the seller outside of after placing an order, we will cancel your order and close your buyer account.

How long will my refund take after I process a successful return?

If you have returned your order without any issues and we have authenticated your return, it will take up to seven days to execute your refund. 

How do disputes work?

You have up to seven days following delivery of shipment to file a dispute. Disputes are resolved by our disputes team after both parties have provided as much information and evidence as possible.

Every vendor is obliged to pay a monthly fee, the amount of which varies based on the amount of inventory and advertising space requested on our website. Initial checks involve examining the products, testing each piece of hardware individually, and conducting condition and authenticity checks. Once these steps have been completed, we can assure our customers a problem-free delivery by proceeding with shipment.
