Order Protection Agreement

Our Order Protection and Warranty Program has been meticulously crafted to provide comprehensive coverage, specifically addressing physical damage concerns during transit and beyond. We are pleased to provide you with detailed insights into our Physical Damage Protection offering:

1. Quality Inspection and Assurance: Our dedication to maintaining impeccable quality standards remains paramount. We collaborate exclusively with verified vendors, utilising specialised inspection teams. This meticulous assessment guarantees that the hardware you receive meets our rigorous quality benchmarks.

2. Fulfillment Centers: Strategically located in Asia and Europe, our fulfillment centers play a crucial role in streamlining our operations. From processing your orders to conducting thorough quality evaluations, these centers ensure the secure and efficient delivery of your mining hardware.

3. Warranty Coverage: Upon delivery, your purchased hardware automatically qualifies for our comprehensive manufacturer warranty. This warranty takes effect 7 days after the delivery date, offering protection against manufacturer-related faults or issues that may arise.

4. Cooling Period and Store Warranty: During the initial 7-day cooling period, you have the flexibility to return your miner for reasons other than identified faults. After this period, our store warranty extends for 21 days from the delivery date, allowing for the potential identification of issues. Inspection and return costs are determined based on our technical team’s assessment.

5. Dispute Resolution: Our commitment to fairness extends to our dispute resolution process. In the event of a dispute, a 3% dispute fee will be applied, with the fee being borne by the party initiating the dispute. This structure ensures a transparent and equitable resolution process.

6. Secure Shipping and Protection: To provide you with additional peace of mind, Miner Orb offers comprehensive shipment coverage. Through our collaboration with select global couriers, we prioritize secure delivery. In the unlikely event of accidental incidents, we will cover costs up to the initial purchase price, further enhancing your protection.
